Classic 8" Butcher Knife with Hollow Edge

WÜSTHOF classic 8” butcher knife with hollow edge.

I used it to cut meat for our dinner extremely sharp and well balanced. Great addition to our Wusthof collection.

I purchased this knife on account of its unique blade. I dont use it much for dicing. But I do for random other items. Its a pretty fun knife to have in my collection! And it's quality is unmatched.

The words my son used when he just opened the knives we got him for his birthday today! He is very familiar with the brand and ranks them as one of the best in the world, so he was in shock & thrilled to receive two knives. He has used Wusthof knives before & loves them but didn’t think he would ever be able to own one. Now he has two, and he couldn’t be on happier! He can’t wait to use them! They are beautiful, and he loves the feel and perfect balance of them. I’m not a chef & do t know knives, but these feel amazing and seem very high quality. I’m glad they are something my son dreamed of owning!
