Texas Jalapeno Salt is awesome

Jess I gotta tell ya - I love using this stuff as a primary seasoning layer on beef ribs, brisket, anything beefy. It adds a really nice flavor. I use it so much I decided to buy the large container and just refill the smaller one for easy dispensing.
