Misleading

Purchased the pack since I’m getting into bigger races. Love the design and wearability of this pack. So not into against USWE. The 2 stars are for The Feed. The product Description is inaccurate. It states “Weatherproof” and “Waterproof main compartment” I took the bag on a long run, and it was raining. Some of my things got wet. I thought maybe it was defective. I reached out to USWE directly to see if it was a manufacturing defect. I also sent an email to TheFeed customer service approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago. USWE responded first, stating that this pack, is in fact, NOT water proof at all, not even water resistant. It is made to be a light as possible. They said they would be reaching out to The Feed to correct their website, but ultimately, there is nothing USWE can do for me. Still haven’t heard from The Feed. Kind of disappointed because I really enjoy the pack, but I really wanted something waterproof, as most of my runs are done in Florida…. So lots of swampy - rainy runs
