Love the top sirloins, 6 oz is perfect with no waste! I marinate them in pineapple teriyaki sauce then grill and baste for about 10 to 12 minutes, flipping and basting every 2-3 minutes. Yum with oven potato wedges and asparagus!!!

Surprisingly tender and absolutely delicious. Someone called this the 'poor man's filet'. Given a choice, not sure I'd pony up for the filet if this was the other option.

The flavor is great, steaks are tender and good quality. Our only complaint is the steaks we're evenly cut. 1" on one end and 1/2 thick at other of steaks. Your butchers need to take more care. Thick steaks are best for cooking more rare.
