Hmmm
Very tasty, easy to drink. Effective hydration. My complaint is that its difficult to disperse for usage, as it clumps easily, and the clumps don't tend to dissolve.

Amazing
I took this product for the Ironman world championships and definitely noticed I had more energy on the bike leg and was able to pusher harder and longer. Will continue to buy their products.
