I have been in love with using my infrared PEMF Mat to help with both soreness after exercise and my my lumbar pain issues. I feel so relaxed when laying or stretching on the mat. My only complaint was That the full size mat was too heavy to move easily. I just bought the mini mat and it is amazing! Same benefits but I can move it from the couch to the chair in the living room. I can even take it and put it on my office chair. It's a total game changer!

I haven't noticed any difference in my health since buying this mat which is expensive. And the controller for is something from the 80's very antiquated, no instructions come with the mat you forced to register the mat before being able to watch a video on it.. you tube has more intuitive videos, then lifepro. It does heat up after about 10 min. Overall 3 star.
