Birthday celebration meat!

We raise grass-fed bison, so we know what to expect. The problem, is that everyone wants our meat so we only get to keep a little for ourselves. That's life on a small ranch with a more limited supply. For times like these, we turn to trusted bigger scale producers who raise bison on grass like us. Enter Northstar. We sampled their products over 18 years ago when we were considering raising our own. We were hooked and once you try it, you will be too.

Quality meat. Wrapped in dry ice which allowedvthe meat to still be rock hard frozen even after the box sat outside in the rain at 74° F for 5 hours.

For sure, one of my favorite steaks! It's juicy, fatty and so satisfying.
