Horseradish Fermented Pickles

Great kick!

This latest batch has been the best one! The pickles are all on the smaller side and super crunchy! I love the horseradish kick too. It’s stronger than my previous orders and I love it!

I take the brine and rinse out my green olives I buy from Costco and replace the heavily salted brine with the horseradish brine from these pickles. Let it sit a few days and they are fantastic. I actually use all of their pickle brine and stick ramps, spring onions and root vegetables in the liquid. All are very good. I don’t waist a drop.

Tasty but expected a little stronger horseradish flavor

It’s more of a hint of horseradish than truly packed in power. Still enjoy them but for me I prefer the spicy pickle flavoring over the horseradish flavor in this batch. I have a second bag so I’ll see if the second is more potent. Again still like them but not as potent as I’d expected.
