As good as homemade but a lot easier. Has that fresh taste and texture. Great for banchan (side dish), soups, stews, stir fry, and ramen. Eat your kimchi, have a happy tummy.

OMG Great!
Had my first real kimchi when I was in the Air Force. Loved it but couldn't find it retail. All I'd had so far was made by Asians using old family recipes. Jump to 50 years later and here it is again. If you want the taste of authentic fresh kimchi, you have found it!

Awesome fermented products. The heavy mineral salt doesn’t affect my body like other so called sea salt ferments. The kimchi ones are delicious and not too spicy.
