Reminds me of my Grandmother's homemade kraut. Years of kicking myself for not getting her recipe and making my own, ended when I bought this!! Such a familiar flavor.

I'm still learning. I was excited with the flavor and the balance of flavors. For me I need to learn a way to remove the right amount of moisture and find an additional crunch of another vegetable as side dish. I think I would like recipes or information about your products. I'm on the fence on how I'm using them correctly. Did I want larger segments of cabbage? I don't know. Maybe on hot dogs

This is the sauerkraut that I remember as a child having lunch with my grandmother at our favorite deli, it’s wonderful and I will definitely be re-ordering it
