wonderful new addition

this 2 quart saucier pan adds to my collection of the Hestan nanobond series. . . the nanobond surface is wonderful and really balanced heat. this pan in particular is great for anything requiring continual mixing as the curved surfaces make it easy to keep the contents moving and uniform. great addition to my kitchen

We have used our saucier for everything from risotto to pudding and as with our other Hestan cookware we could not be happier! The steady heat on our induction cook top is unmatched!
