Very good quality dark rye flour. I use it to make 100% rye bread. Bread turned out beautifully moist and with a good rise.

Excellent for Roggenmischbrot
Excellent flour to make Roggenmischbrot. Starting using it after Rogers dark rye flour became unavailable. Will be a regular customer of West Country Mills. I'm very happy.
