Fantastic quality and flavor. There was a few seeds still in their hull but not many. Overall great price and im very happy with the kamut wheat berries. I will be back.

Khorasan Wheat Berries

Previously bought a small bag to try the berries out. The berries were clean and ready to use. Our first use was grinding them into flour for sourdough bread. The loaf was amazing and we quickly went through the bag and opted to purchase the pail of khorasan berries. The order was made on a Sunday, processed on Mon and delivered on Tues. If you're not able to get down to Bentley regularly, this is a great option. It's an outstanding product and service for a competitive price.
