Organic Better Bread Flour

What a delightful nutty flavour. I am sooo thrilled to have discovered an organic alternative to grocery store flour. There is absolutely no comparison.

I have been looking for a healthier flour for my sourdough bread. This flour is excellent!! Best sourdough bread ever with this great flour.

I’m so happy with this flour that I’ve ordered it twice before. I buy the largest bag I can manage. I think it’s 20 kg. I make the honey wheat bread in the machine with this flour. I also make sourdough bread with this flour. Very happy with the texture of the bread. Thank you for an amazing product.
