100% Whole Wheat Flour

Love the product. It takes a bit of trial and error as this very natural wheat requires more liquid than what a recipe would ask for - that aside it is so great to be able to eat bread that still holds it’s natural nutrients and doesn’t cause inflammation. And for my husband’s diabetes, it doesn’t spike his sugars the way that commercially made bread does.

Love the quality and that it’s clean flour.
