It bigger!
I normally use the smaller 3L for shorter rides. This one is great for longer mixed climate rides where I may start the day with several extra layers that I will need to carry, and more food and water. The strap system is the best and it is well ventilated on my back with the foam ridges and netting ensuring ventilation between my back and the pack.

Comfy with nice features
Once you get the Velcro straps adjusted to your torso the pack fits well. No sloshing around. Room to store a layer plus food, sandals, tools etc. I was impressed with how well the hose magnet worked and effortlessly went into place after use. Light yet seemingly durable materials used. My one knock on it is the expandable pocket in the middle where you would put oversized items doesn't cinch down very well when nothing is in the expandable pocket. The straps are at their tightening limit. When its put on your back though it stretches the harness out enough to where it kind of self-tightens, so not a huge issue. Great purchase and I would not hesitate to purchase another one.
