Solid cup of Ethiopian coffee.

Medium roasted but still great cup. Chocolate covered blueberries in the cup is how I felt the aftertaste came through. Don’t take the review literally as it’s not a flavored coffee. But the flavors like a fine wine or beer are nuanced and enjoyable. Great with a splash of milk. Brewed via Chemex.

Tasty

This is such a good roast. Every bean had phenomenal color. I went for this one to get a baseline for black and white and was not disappointed at all. Will be back!
