Fantastic!
Uji Honzu Gyokuro is a well-balanced gyokuro with a smooth, rich sweetness and almost no bitterness when brewed gently. The flavor is deep and umami-forward but very clean. It can be enjoyed for multiple infusions. It has a noticeably calming yet energizing effect and feels refined without being overpowering. A very enjoyable gyokuro!
