First order from Ligma. Got this as a birthday present for my father-in-law. While we havent indulged yet, I have to rave about the customer service. When ordering, I mindlessly hit check out via shop pay and confirmed the order, and the address was defaulted to my home. Realizing my mistake, I sent them a DM on Instagram saying I’d like to send the package to my in-laws. Within two minutes I had a reply saying the change request was complete. Big shout out to them. We’ll be eating the steak in the next couple of weeks at a family dinner.
