This piece is just what I wanted!! My core strength has declined with age. The poster that comes with the Roman Chair has suggested exercises that will definitely 'bust a gut'!! I'm only 5' 4" so it's a great size for me. I'm not sure it would feel stable enough for a larger person. It fits nicely into my cozy workout space. I got it during a promotional event, it was priced just right. I'm very pleased with my new piece of equipment. Thank you Lifepro 👍

Very versatile and easy to use

Pretty Solid

I've got a nice home gym, but always looking to add. This is a solid piece of equip, not top notch, but good for what you pay. Lifepro seems to be a solid company as well. I've purchased a few products from them now, and no problems.
