What are the chances of receiving not one, but two faulty arms?
Ordered 2 individual arms for 2 32inch monitors that weigh 16.11lbs each. The arms lift up and down just fine, but the monitors will tilt forward overtime as if the connection between the arm and the vesa plate is too weak to hold 16 lbs.
Very disappointing. I suggest only using this for smaller monitors
