Re-badged Neutral Tint?..
Lovely, rich pigment as always but I'm pretty sure that there's a Storm Clouds/Neutral Tint crossover here. Not sure if anyone would notice and tell the difference if either were used in practice.

Beautiful colour
Great dark moody paint lovely for sky but versatile as a dark . Order arrived impressively quickly as always.
