Luchetti True Flat Sketchbook™- 8" Square

I painted watercolors heavily wet into wet. So the 300lb paper it’s important even when I am just sketching. We travel a lot so having a sketch pad of quality paper it’s important. I would have preferred a 6x6 size to fit more easily in a Sherpa brand side bag I want to use to keep my sketchbook handy. But thr side bag is slightly small. While traveling in span a couple years ago I met a man carrying his sketchbook on a shoulder strap and he could easily swing it up and take out his fountain pen to sketch in situ. That’s what I was looking for when I found your sketchbook.

Your sketch books are beautiful works of art by themselves.... if you drop the price down considerably with a plain cover and no gift boxing, I'd use them as my daily sketch books and gift them to my graduating students. Your 'hot' press isn't the true smooth that it should be and I'm disappointed with that... tho not enough to try returning for a refund. Please make a true smooth hot press! Thank you

I finally painted in my Luchetti cold press sketchbook, and I was so glad I did. It was a joy! I worked very wet on wet and it worked perfectly! It worked exactly as it should, and it’s so hard to find in a sketchbook! The gutter was truly flat too! No buckeling at all. Loved it!
