Poor service

The part was great. The customer service from parts of Canada was bad. Ordered express shipping. Thought he shipping was not their fault, when I called Parts Canada saying it’s going to take a week the responses I got were “well that pretty good coming all the way across Canada” to another rep saying “I don’t see a problem. You’ll get your part”. And refusing to talk about a refund for the express shipping. Purolator says that since I paid the money to a third party and not Putolater direct, parts Canada has to apply for the refund. Purolator said it clearly shows that there was an issue. My big problem was the snide attitude coming from parts Canada rep’s as I flagged the issue from day 1. Ordered on a Tuesday processed late Wednesday and received a week later. Not express service so entitled to a shipping refund.
