Fixed my Samsung!

My Samsung was not cooling in the main refrigerator compartment. It was frozen in the back and would not defrost. Watched the video on this item and decided to try it. I thawed the ice with heat then followed the installation instructions per the video. I have had NO issues with my refrigerator since installing and my fresh food compartment is holding steady at 38 degrees! I HIGHLY recommend this if you have the same issue.

Would have a new $4k fridge if it wasn’t for this!

We have a Samsung beautiful fridge with two doors for the fridge and a drink drawer and the freezer on bottom. We never had an issue with the freezer or the drink drawer but the fridge would over time freeze up and wouldn’t slow the fan to blow cool air around the fridge. So we watched a video on this exact fridge and how to replace the fan. Thinking the fan was bad. Nobody would work on this Samsung so we were left to diagnose and repair ourselves. After replacing the fan two times and wasting about $200 in food and the fridge not fixed, we found Bills Appliance site and his exact video of our fridge and how to officially and correctly repair the issue. The issue all surrounded the fridge never defrosting properly causing the ice to build up and smother the circulation fan. Then it wouldn’t cool anymore. Bills Appliance sold me a retrofit additional defrosting wire that gets put in place on the cooling fins and wired into the current connectors. The whole job was very easy to do if you pay attention to the video. We haven’t had an issue since and the fridge is working perfect again. This kit saved us from buying another ridiculous $4k fridge to replace this one.

Didn’t fix water leak under panty drawet

I was hoping this would fix this problem with my Samsung fridge but sadly it didn’t. I have tried all your fixes. Any other suggestions you may have for this issue??
