This is the primary spice I use when I bake salmon. It's got such a great, smoky sweet flavor that I generally save a portion of what I bake for later to have on a salad.

This doesn't taste like the one I have purchased in the past. It now tastes heavily of paprika and not as well balanced. It's good, if I didn't have a prior frame of reference I probably would love it. But it isn't as good as it used to be.
