Love it. I don’t fry fish; I only grill, bake or broil. Using this blackening seasoning is better than frying. I also use it in chicken. It is one of my staples. Couldn’t live without it. Great way to avoid the calories gotten in frying food.

Cajun blackening is a great rub for salmon, or any other fish. We also like it on nachos.
