Mt. Olympus Greek Seasoning

So very tasty and adds so much flavor to my dishes. Lots of sheet pan meals!

This is a very common spice used in frittatas in our house. We really enjoy the flavor combination!

I really enjoy this versatile seasoning blend, which I’ve used in a simple vinaigrette with red wine and olive oil and a little salt and pepper. I tried the Greek Barley Salad posted on the Savory Spice website with some adjustments for my husband’s gluten and lactose food allergies and it was GREAT. I took out the yogurt and I substituted quinoa for the barley. I reduced the amount of Olympus Seasoning in the dressing by half. We loved it!
