Mt. Olympus Greek Seasoning

I really enjoy this versatile seasoning blend, which I’ve used in a simple vinaigrette with red wine and olive oil and a little salt and pepper. I tried the Greek Barley Salad posted on the Savory Spice website with some adjustments for my husband’s gluten and lactose food allergies and it was GREAT. I took out the yogurt and I substituted quinoa for the barley. I reduced the amount of Olympus Seasoning in the dressing by half. We loved it!

This is my favor Greek seasoning! I use it on lamb chops, a sprinkle on my greek salad, its good tossed with potatoes, EVO and lemon juice. Its even good on roasted chicken! One of my favorites!
