I don't cook so I can't give review on spices But: I will definitely say Savory Spice has been reliably keeping me in my daily use of their Ghost Pepper Salt for many years. Love it on Baked beans, Potatoe Salad, and Cottage Cheese - which are usually my daily meals! Don't pitty me, I'm Lovin It!
