Food prep game changer!

I'm not sure where this has been my whole cooking life, but I'm in love with it. It makes preparing carrots for salads a breeze, no more messy grating or tedious slicing. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the blade is very sharp. I can julienne a whole carrot in a matter of seconds!
