Iron Neck 3.0 Pro

This hits my neck in positions and movements I never thought possible. Great piece of training equipment.

I’ve used it only a few times and its already helped me relieve a constant tightness in my meck.

Product itself is fine, but you would Expect more would be available and not be behind a paywall for the price in terms of how to effectively use it.
