Roamer™ Bungee Dog Leash

My Newfies love these leashes!

Have had several of these for over 10 years, we and our dogs have loved them! They are long enough to let the dogs investigate things but short enough to still maintain great control. You can also shorten to put around your waist. Over time with 100+ lb dogs pulling on them, the elastic did get stretched out but the leashes are still great. Our newest boy, Sherman, a 150 lb Newfoundland, just managed to break one of the older leashes in two but that's to be expected after 10+ years. We think so much of them that I didn't hesitate to order another one for Sherman, and just picked up 2 more for the newfie girls. These are really the only leashes I'll ever consider buying

I adore the adjustable length, waist-worn hands-free function, and the bungee effect. It’s fantastic for letting my dog roam ahead while keeping her close when she falls behind. This is the second one of these I’ve owned and already considering purchasing an additional one.

Great leash.

The Roamer is a fantastic dog leash. We are on our second one though because my miniature Golden Retriever service puppy in training Sneachta, (the Irish word for snow) keeps chewing on hers!!! I love how this leash is available in different lengths. I ordered the longer leash initially because I wanted her to have more room to explore. Now however, we are working hard on the concept of heel. Since I had to order a new leash anyway, I ordered the shorter one this time. Therefore, being able to keep her closer to me, without me having to gather up the leash myself and hold it, is wonderful!!! I am a woman who is blind. I use a white cane to navigate and as such, I only have one hand available at any given time, when I am out. I now can walk with her, without having to hold onto the leash. I love the stretchiness of the leash as well. It gives her a little more room to roam and sniff on walks, without getting away from me entirely. :-) Our trainer loves the clip on the leash as well.
