Comfort without Escaping

Our dog can back out of two-strap harnesses in seconds, so I wanted to try a three-strap harness. It's been great! The third strap is kept relatively loose on his body for comfort, but it's still quite a bit smaller than the second strap, so it keeps him in the harness when he tries his back-out moves. The neck strap is still easy to slip over his head. I also like that there is ample space between the two front straps for leg movement. The harness is lightweight and pretty thin, but the fabric is strong and holding up just fine. It's similar to the ripstop which my old backpack is made from, so I'm pretty sure it'll be durable too (I wash it in cold water and don't hang it up in direct sunlight), but only time can tell. The front panel distributes the force of occasional pulls far better than any collar and I appreciate that there's a handle.

Pressure on trachia

This has been a great harness for my escape prone dog, but I recently realized its putting pressure on my chihuahuas trachia in certain positions. The material in the front is very stiff and shaped so that any riding up does put pressure on the neck. I’m having to switch to a different harness now. I wish the front could be more v shaped.

Great for tripawds

Got this to help our recent amputee get around and it’s perfect. Very supportive, easily adjusted, and the handle position is very helpful if you have a senior dog or need to get a good supportive grip. Even works on a greyhound!
