After having these for a few weeks, I think I can say these are the best sounding IEMs I've ever heard. While they certainly bring the bass, they are incrediby detailed as well, and as smooth as glass. My tastes are pretty varied (jazz/fusion/hiphop/classic rock/EDM), and I've listened to an absolute ton of stuff on these. Somehow, the Titans made literally everything sound incredible. If your not willing to spend the dough, then *become* willing :) I'm don't think you can get sound quality to match THIS without venturing into the kilobuck range.

Superb sound and incredible build quality. The Titan is a one-of-a-kind experience in IEMs. The best way I can describe the bass is not only deep and powerful, but it also has a "snap" that I've never heard before. Symphonium has a unique approach that doesn't sound boomy or bloated. The rest of the sound signature is clear, detailed, and accurate. The only note for me is that it took a while for me to find the best eartips and it was very tip dependent. They also are source sensitive and sound next-level with higher end desktop amps and dacs.

You love the Symphonium Titan right away. It literally sounds like a system with an 18” subwoofer. Ported tuned to 60hz. If you have played with subs there is a trade off between SPL and musicality. Home theater subs for example have one strong low frequency they push. Compare that to a sealed subwoofer where every bass note has tonality and texture. The Titan is in between. I can almost hear it rattling the trunk but it’s not just giving SPL on a low frequency. For having strong bass it’s still musical. As always source material makes a difference. It won’t make a non bass track sound muddy. I tried Jacintha Summertime from the Lush Life album. Female vocals with a bass track to die for. Her voice is great on the Titan. You can hear all of her qualities nothing is masked. On top of that the album mixes different instruments that are spread out and recorded very clearly. What’s shocking about the Titan is soundstage. It may be the best soundstage I’ve ever heard. It’s a mile wide but not too deep. Everything is perfectly placed in 360. Maybe because it is harder to drive it has control. On my Topping G5 portable Dac/Amp it crashed it. If I start playing it loud the amp starts flashing red. I never knew it flashed red. It’s all with the bass. I’m guessing the impedance drops. I used it on my desktop with a Topping A30 and watched the Boys on prime. It’s the best anything to watch a video with. I just got a new classical album by Joe Hisaichi. Seemed like the perfect album for my Susvara on a Schiit MJOLNIR 3 class A amp and it was. Seemed like the wrong album for the Titan based on expectations but it’s not. The Titan might be warm but it’s not making things have more bass when it’s not there. Detail and midrange is strong. It doesn’t come across as “V’d”. It presents the amps sound signature perfectly. On top it’s soundstage plays to the symphony recording. You feel like you’re in the orchestra not watching. Long review but it stands out above the crowd. It’s a must have to any collection and can easily be an endgame IEM.
