Amazing product and open box experience was great. Support even helped me out when it seemed like there was no open-box stock remaining.

I have to say, these are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn. Some recommend ordering a Capra audio headstrap to alleviate hotspot issues, but hotspots have not been a problem for me with the head pad. It’s worth noting that this circular design gives less room for your ears, so if you have elephant ears, these may not be for you. Sound-wise, it’s an upgrade from the HD600 series, as many have said. Similar sound signature, but with better bass and soundstage, and more resolution. I have heard about a bit of treble harshness, but with EQ, it’s not a problem. Doesn’t have the immersive soundstage my Ananda Unveiled has, so I use this for portable gaming, (it’s easier to drive) and watching movies and shows in my bed, where I don’t want to use delicate headphones. Some argue the improvements don’t justify a $600 price jump from the HD6XX, but one aspect these people are missing, is that the build quality is immaculate. These cans can take a beating. Great buy!
