Full Moon - Excellent Balsamic

Full Moon balsamic is a very good every day vinegar. It has excellent flavor and works well with oils or as an individual topping for salads and other foods. I save my great ratings for the vinegars that are aged longer than Full Moon, but it has characteristics similar to those that have longer aging times. Overall a very good balsamic.
