So Delicious and Perfect for Gelato

When I was in Italy last year I fell in love with all things Pistachio, from the gelato to the pastaries. I brought a jar of pistachio cream home with me and used it pretty quickly. Then I found the Quattrociocchi brand and it is even better because it's made with olive oil instead of vegatable oil. Highly recommend!!!
