Exactly what I hoped for

This has absolutely been my favorite kitchen purchase in a long while. From the taste of the water to the look and feel of the pitcher, it is everything I could hope for in a filtered water system. Great customer service as well! After the first filter was a little too slow to flow the water through, I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement filter within days. Rock on, life straw.

Exceptional product

I love this water pitcher. The water tastes great and the pitcher is pretty enough to use on the table!. I especially love the elegant shape and glass handle. The only problem I have is the difficulty removing the top to clean the pitcher. I am a woman of a certain age and have limited strength in my hands due to injury and arthritis. I realize this is an issue for some people but not most. Just a thought for future designs.

I love this pitcher, it has actually changed my relationship to water! I am switching away from another major brand of filter just to cut down on plastic, and didn’t expect much of a change in the taste, but my water tastes great and I want to drink it all the time now. I haven’t touched a seltzer in weeks! I am taking off one star because the membrane filter that came in my pitcher was so dried out that it was taking *hours* to filter a single batch of water, even after several days, so I had to go out of pocket to buy another filter. It works great now, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to buy an extra filter just to get it working out of the box. An annoying start, but I do still love the pitcher overall.
