Replacement Unit

My first 511i Max failed for no reason. It just stopped working. Blueair replaced it immdiately...no questions asked. The sent a new unit and a mail lable to use to pack the failed unit into the incoming unit box and return it. It was as easy as a return from Amazon, which I consider the Gold Standard for product returns. GREAT job, Blueair team.

New purifier

Bought 3 Blueairs - Great Products!

The Blue Pure 511i-Max is the third Blueair we've purchased and it does a super job! This one if for the master bedroom and we've scheduled for night time use. We have two outer Blue pure 311i Max, one in the main living room and the other in the garage. Scheduling usage is a breeze and all units clean, filter and keep our areas fresh. Garage unit filters smoke as well and eliminates all orders. Had my first filter change on the Garage unit and was straight forward and easy.
