What do you want me to say? They're lightweight, they're gorgeous, they fit well in your hand. A lot of knives have the hexagon feel but these babies use real, authentic, Canadian hardwood as their handles. Not only are they beautiful, they're literally perfect. Lightweight, sharp, absolutely gorgeous. It's almost a shame to use them but it's an insult to let them sit there.
Truly beautiful craftsmanship, worth every penny I've spent.

Absolutely fantastic! These knives are the best of two worlds with high quality Japanese steel blades and beautifully crafted wooden handles. They are so sharp and the weight of them feels just right in my hand. Having lived in Japan off and on for the past few years, I have collected many Japanese knives but none of them compares to these Hazaki knives. The Santoku + petty knife is my go-to wedding gift. I recently gave them to a Japanese friend and she was thrilled, saying it was the best wedding present she received. Many thanks to Hazaki knives where function and beauty coexist.
