Useful maybe not completely necessary but does make it easier to remove hair.

Not Great for Thin Hair

Despite what the product claims, I don't believe the product works well for fine hair. I have thin blonde hair on my arms and legs. I found the product worked just fine for my armpits and bikini line, but when it came to waxing my arms and legs, it was extremely painful and did not pull the hair from the follicles. I followed all steps and watched all of the videos, so I'm not sure why it didn't seem to work on those areas. I will keep the product for bikini line and armpits, but am a little bummed it didn't work on my finer hairs as advertised.
