Not easy to use and takes hours. I followed all the instructions and the sugar dough just keeps melting and doesnt work properly very disappointing

Really struggled with this- I wanted to like it but just not for me. Customer support was helpful but the process was painful and as a super pale girl, I was left with skin ripped off and a red rash. I’m sure it’s just user error because everyone online makes it look so easy but it just wasn’t for me.
