Amazing customer service, thank you Jeff!

I ordered the Samsung de-icing kit and back panel, the back panel ended up being the incorrect size. Jeff, the customer service rep at Ben's helped get me the correct one fast and the installation was a breeze. Thanks so much for the help, and I will definitely be shopping here in the future!
