Ben’s video give you confidence and spot on step by easy to follow directions. The parts arrived in a timely manner and were all great quality and assembly went just as described. I have not added the heater strip yet since it was on back order. We are going to give the ice maker about 3-4 months to see how the other components repaired the problem. If the heater is needed we will defrost and apply as described in his video. I would highly recommend anyone with this issue to give it a try, it has to help. Dealing with Ben’s and his team was perfect and I will immediately go back to them for help with any new issues that may arise. Thank you Ben’s

Not sure what the issue was with the ice maker but it fixed mine and it has held up, and it's awesome
