This help with Samsung problem with ice up by the fan.

I installed the drain heater with replaced two sensors, the connector on one of the sensors is not the same with mine but it is the same pins, so I removed the connector and use my old connector. I installed drain heater according to the instructions so far seem to fix the icing issue. Sometimes I get error 40E on my screen but can turn off the message with hold down within 3 seconds, now the fridge can cool down around 40F degrees and no ice buildup, I'm happy. Definity change temperature sensors.
