Automated Mushroom Grow Box

Mushrooms came a week and a half before the actual box. I was unaware that it would be shipped from Istanbul. It looks nicer online than it does in person. I thought it would be made out of glass and metal but it’s made out of plastic and plexiglass. After putting the box together and cutting open the bags of mushrooms and placing them inside, I went to plug in the power adapter to turn on the device, and the power adapter does not fit into the machine. When I looked closer, it looks like the outlet had been damaged during the delivery. There’s no customer support to call. You have to send an email and wait for at least 24 hours to have a response. So now I’m sitting on a $400 machine that will not work and $50 worth of open mushroom blocks that I hope will not go bad before this issue is resolved . Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent. Hopefully I will have a response soon from the company.

Everything came as it should. Customer service is very helpful. Now need to try it out and see how the mushrooms work
