In general all of your products are just wonderful. So much so, they are worthy of
gifting. My favorite is your all purpose flour. The yellow corn polenta is also so good.
To me polenta is 'grits' as our from the south grandma served that often. The yellow
version is hard to find, so thank you so much. Hope you will continue to produce your
