Amazing stuff, really

I can't believe it took so longg to find out about this sauce. It has a savory and ever-so-slightly hot taste profile. By far and away the best jalapeno-based hot sauce I've ever tried.

I'm somewhat of a hot sauce snob. Tabasco? Give me a break. I went through one company, one bottle after another. When I stumbled on Yellow Bird ay a Fred Meyers in Oregon, I new that I had arrived. I could stop my search. Now, how to get in the supply chain so I can source my sauce at a reasonable unit cost. Enter the one gallon Bird in a Box. Thank you Yellow Bird!!!

Great sauce - pouring from package is a challenge

I LOVE this sauce and use it to refill the smaller 19.6 ounce bottle. The large opening on the refill container makes it difficult to pour into the smaller bottle. May not be something that can be helped but wanted to flag.
