Great Brewer, Even Better Service

The small Origami is a beautiful dripper, both in aesthetics and functionality, but very difficult to get in the United States. I purchased one through Kurasu that unfortunately arrived cracked after an adventure for almost 2 weeks with DHL. However, they immediately apologized and shipped me a replacement one at no charge, with arrived from Kyoto in 4 days - faster than I get most things in the US. I’ll forever be a fan of them for how that was handled. The coffee is excellent - I use it with Wave 155 papers since I also have a Kalita, but think the origami is superior. The cup is cleaner and neater, and never clogs like the Kalita can. Overall I’m thrilled with the purchase.
