Nice morning hit

Stronghold has a richer, darker taste compared to both Pathfinder and Resolute. I think that of the three I like Resolute best, but Stronghold is great in the morning - a couple of double shot cappuccinos seems to clear the remnants of sleep away and get me ready for the day.

Great coffee

Stronghold has become my go-to morning coffee. I enjoy it both as a straight espresso and in a flat white, where its rich chocolate and brown sugar sweetness really shine. It’s smooth, full-bodied, and low in acidity, making it easy to drink every day while still feeling like a proper treat to start the morning.

A solid, rich every day bean

We use this as our everyday bean to fuel our days and it's rich, caramel-like flavour keeps us going! A really solid, coffee. Also, wonderful service from Origin - we'll be flying the Origin flag for years to come!
